• Create and refine predictive algorithms that support the numerous product offerings as well as the overall client satisfaction initiatives for Pareto Intelligence^TM
• Participate in all project phases from concept, requirements, development, test, and production support
• Explore and understand new big data and analytic technologies that enable faster and more efficient system operations, ultimately delivering timely insights and models
• Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Statistics or relevant field of study

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS, R and/or Python
• 3-5 years of experience working in a data analytics capacity
• Well versed in the application of analytic techniques and predictive modeling
• Practical ability to utilize, visualize, and effectively communicate details about the analytic process and the resulting insights
• Innovative instincts and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience/exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Docker, and Airflow
