Core Responsibilities & Qualifications

• In this role, you will focus on the design, development and implementation of ranking models, cluster segmentations,  and algorithms in support of Brads Deal's business needs. 

• You will leverage various mathematical and statistical methods to help better understand and predict the behavior of both complex and simple systems.

• You have previous experience writing production quality code using tools such as R and Python.

• You will work with our DevOps team to develop and maintain the infrastructure that powers our models.  We are a small (and growing) team so it's important that you enjoy working a project from end­-to-­end.

• You will help maintain and expand our proprietary recommendation engine

• You have experience building predictive models, including  time series, spatial, and/or financial forecasting models

• You have at least 3+ years modeling and predicting behaviors of both complex and simple systems

• You have hands-on experience with AWS and the different data tools that are offered on that platform (Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, S3, etc)
