The Data Services Associate will primarily be responsible for working on LIVE customer work but may be also be included on simple implementation projects. The two main responsibilities include manipulating, standardizing, and consolidating datasets for client analytics and making edits to existing customer forms/workflows.

Candidate must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Individual must be team-oriented but also be able to work independently with minimal management.

What You'll Do:

  • Working on ongoing customer configurations and requests
  • Scrubbing and uploading customer data into the platform
  • Creating and maintaining customer documentation and specifications
  • Communicating updates and changes with internal teams

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Microsoft Excel intermediate-expert; proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
  • Basic understanding of databases is a plus
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
