As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be focusing on business forecasts, monitoring of metrics, marketing, pricing, and other analyses, and other ad-hoc projects focused on growth and business optimization. You will have significant interaction with the finance team, marketing team, and business leaders, and may focus on a specific brand, a particular aspect of the business, or one or more of both. You will support marketing personnel in providing insights into the performance of their programs and channels (SEO) and (PPC). You will collect and analyze data, prepare and provide summaries for financial plans. Provide analyses to answer questions related to and to optimize areas such as site functionality, pricing, discounting strategies, and marketing channel efficiency. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support brand business decisions through analytics projects designed to increase understanding of business drivers, improve performance and to optimize customer acquisition and retention
  • Work with marketing personnel to prepare detailed models to provide insight into and identify opportunities to improve channel performance
  • Test and optimize critical areas of the business to maximize conversion (e.g., discounting, site content, special projects) facilitate the implementation of web analytics tags and pixels
  • Ensure data is used is relevant to objectives and work to standardize criteria across multiple domains
  • Coordinate performance assessment and projected results for peak holiday management activities
  • Build analytical tools and reports for use across the organization and training others the basics of essential reporting tools
  • Monitor channel results, provide recommendations on testing and optimization activities to address variances and opportunities to execute, analyze, and make recommendations related to testing key levers of business performance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Adobe Analytics (preferred) and Google Analytics (also accepted)
  • Excel (expert level)
  • Preferred experience with A/B testing tools (Adobe Target), and the ability to read and give recommendations on results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work across teams
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • A natural sense of urgency, initiative, and a positive team player philosophy to be reflected in daily work ethics
  • Desire to learn new technical skills and practice continuous personal development
