Purpose of the Role:

In this role you’ll lead a centralized internal analytics team that partners with marketing, sales, product development, and strategic planning, among other teams to bring a data-driven approach to Pampered Chef’s biggest strategic opportunities. We help our cross-functional stakeholders develop analytical insights that inform decision-making while advancing the organization’s overall analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer critical business questions through developing and communicating analytic insights that drive strategy in partnership with key business leaders
• Mentor, train, and lead a high performing, analytics team that is setup to partner with internal commercial teams by developing analytic insights and build of business data sets for ongoing self-service reporting needs. 
• Clearly communicate results and recommended actions to stakeholders
• Drive a data-driven decision-making culture across organization

• Partner with other internal leaders to articulate and implement the analytics roadmap that will advance our organization’s analytical capabilities

Measures of Success:

• Increase number of selling consultants, recruits and revenue per selling consultants,
• Create data strategy roadmap and metrics specific to select strategic initiatives
• Lead and develop a team of analysts. 

Education and Experience:

• 8+ years of strategy and analytics experience including leading team of analysts
• Bachelor’s degree required with master’s degree preferred
• Hands-on experience working with complex data using tools like R, SQL, SAS, or Python
• Experience with data visualization and predictive modeling
