• Answer critical business questions that drive strategy in partnership with key business leaders

• Partner with technology team to build data strategy and roadmap

• Selling consultants, recruits, revenue per selling consultants, data strategy roadmap, metrics specific to select strategic initiatives

Education and Experience

• 8+ years of strategy and analytics experience including leading team of analysts
• Bachelor’s degree required with master’s degree preferred
• Experience should include analytics, predictive modeling, statistics, and data visualization
