bswift is currently seeking a Consultant – EDI Analyst at our headquarters in Downtown Chicago. The Consultant – EDI Analyst will mainly be responsible for providing Triage and troubleshooting support to clients regarding EDI file issues. The EDI Analyst will also be responsible for testing EDI files and will collaborate with teammates to resolve any carrier discrepancies. Additionally, the Consultant – EDI Analyst will act as a liaison between client service teams and developers.

Responsibilities of the Consultant – EDI Analyst:

·Collaborate with clients and client team to finalize account structure

·Provide training and support for clients on EDI files

·Perform testing of EDI files and translate business and technical specifications.

·Assist with carrier discrepancy report resolution

Required Qualifications of the Consultant – EDI Analyst:

·Experience with data interpretation and data analysis

·Ability to manipulate data within databases

·Knowledge of managed care products including HMO, PPO, and Medicare Part D

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer

·Prior Healthcare industry experience

Education:

·Bachelor's degree is required
