EDI Implementation Manager
The EDI Implementation Manager is responsible for building EDI feeds for StratEx clients and getting the feeds into production. This person will interact with clients and carriers during the implementation phase to gather mapping requirements, keep clients updated on the status of their EDI feeds, and work with clients and carriers to troubleshoot issues preventing the feeds from going in production. This position will work in parallel with the EDI Production Manager, who is responsible for maintaining EDI feeds and relationships with clients and carriers once the feeds are live in production. At times this position will need to provide feedback to the Product team on development that will improve our EDI processes.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Build EDI feeds for all applicable clients; complete system set up/file formatting per carrier specifications
- Ability to handle multiple EDI feed implementations at once
- Lead client kick off calls to gather EDI requirements and provide implementation timelines
- Provide feedback to Managed Service Team Lead on service delivery metrics
- Collaborate across departments to maintain communication on service delivery and client satisfaction
- Regular and predictable attendance
Requirements:
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), specifically building carrier feeds (HIPAA 834 format)
- Experience building custom carrier feeds
- Strong Excel skills and acute attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders including clients, carriers, and senior leadership

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time while working
- Must be able to proficiently operate a computer and VOIP phone as means of communication with colleagues, clients, and carriers
- Due to collaborative nature of role, must be able to work out of our HQ office in downtown Chicago
