The Elastic Administrator applies expert knowledge in Big Data technologies for Data Platform Support. Works with a team of highly skilled administrators to provide senior level administrative functions in a large scale Linux environment.

Responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and maintaining Big Data infrastructure tools including Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana...ELK.

Required Skills:

-At least 2 years of experience with Elastic in a Big Data environment.

-At least 2 years of experience as a Linux system administrator or similar work experience.

-Expert knowledge of Elastic architecture.

-Experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining Multiple Production, Test and -Development environments.

-Knowledge and understanding of operating systems, networks and services.

-Manage changes and familiar with change control management.

-Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills.

-Good communication skills are strongly desired.

-Familiarity with agile methodology is strongly desired.
