The Equipment Care Advisor (ECA) Senior Business Analyst is responsible for maximizing the business value of the product ensuring solution functionality best enables Customer Value Agreements (CVA) strategy. This role will define the relationships, flows and implementation of related business applications, data, and technology in response to evolving business needs. Additionally, this role will collaborate with key industry partners and dealers to define next gen ECA business process architecture.
JOB DUTIES:
• Responsible for translating business requirements into functional requirements and driving requirements prioritization in collaboration with the development team
• Act as the business lead with the development team to build out epics, themes, and user stories
• Participate in user story grooming and sprint planning meetings
• Assist in the creation and alignment of the product roadmap with the Cat Digital application development team including transition to the new Cat Digital platform. Seek input from Cat Digital and industry partners to best align overlapping and/or related capabilities.
• Map business processes and related applications that enable Customer Value Agreements (CVA). Define additional data and application inputs to ECA and business uses of ECA output into Caterpillar and dealer applications to streamline workflow for delivery of CVAs.
• Act as the aftermarket expert for ECA with other areas of the business who use or integrate the application, including the Aftermarket Customer Event Ecosystem
• Identify and champion experiments to identify new ways to deliver on business needs
• Deliver ECA demonstrations to internal and dealer partners that effectively articulate business use cases
• Lead user testing and validation of new features
• Capture user requests related to application enhancements and provide feedback to users
• Define, track, and report ECA quality metrics to stakeholders and users
• Analyze user metrics to define opportunities for improvement – application, processes, training
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Experience as a lead for application development programs
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction, Resource, Energy, or Transportation industries including digital products and/or services
Minimum of 2 years of experience writing detailed epics, features, user stories
Top Candidates May Also Have:
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, agile culture
Scaled Agile experience/certification
Experience with fleet or condition monitoring in Resource, Construction, Energy, or Transportation industries
Knowledge of condition monitoring – tools and services
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
