Head of Analytics Strategy and Planning

ever-increasing volumes of data and believe with the right know-how and
technology, we can use this data to create value for our business. The Data
Analytics Hub was created as a global center of excellence, whose goal is to
power and scale the use of data and data science across the system to drive
significant business outcomes. The Data Analytics Hub aims to do this by
elevating impact from our analytics uses cases, fixing and governing data and
making it accessible, and growing our analytics talent and capabilities.
· 10+ years of experience with
data, ideally with strategy and/or project management experience
· 5+ years in management/executive
role
· Ability to translate business
needs into data needs
· Familiarity with agile delivery
practices
· Experience drafting analytics
roadmap in alignment with business needs
· Experience with a
cross-functional role and stakeholder management
· Experience conducting change in
large scale organizations
·
Work
closely with market/function SMEs to identify potential use-cases and assess
business value to drive prioritization
·
Consolidate
and maintain multi-year use-case roadmap
·
Ensure
data and capabilities align with use-case roadmap, identifying and closing gaps
·
Understand
use-case data requirements and work with Data Governance, Insights Development,
and IT to ensure requirements are met
·
Manage
cross-functional agile delivery team, with responsibility for end-to-end
delivery of use-cases
·
Track
impact from data and analytics activities, adjusting use-case impact
assessments accordingly
·
Foster
understanding of the data and analytics vision and conviction across McDonald’s
·
Drive
adoption of use-cases by providing resources, best practices, training
materials, etc. to market leaders
