Job Description
What You'll Do
Responsible for delivering chartered targeted improvements, that bring business impact with measurable outcomes. Learns and builds own capabilities to support a culture of continuous improvement (The Discover Management System). Responsible for learning, and adhering to DMS standard work.
How You'll Do It
- Partner with business leaders and teams to conduct in-depth data analysis including: gathering data, performing root cause analyses, and generating insights to deliver chartered targeted improvements with measurable and material outcomes. Coaches business partners on how to best leverage the Discover Management System, inclusive of Operational Excellence such as Process & Control Assessments, and lead complex problem solving.
- Engages with and establishes trusted working relationships with first level business leaders and teams to understand their business goals, objectives and processes. Identifies common themes and trends for targeted improvements.
- Actively participates in the culture of learning within the DMS CoE community.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics
- 4+ years Engineering, Operations, Change Management, Process Improvement, Process Management, or related
- In lieu of education, 6+ years Continuous Improvement, Strategic Change Management, Training Development, or related
Bonus Points If You Have
- Agile related certification, SAFE Program Consultants Certification. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP)
