Job Description
Responsible for creating reporting solutions and partnering with technology teams to manage Human Resources data and reporting technologies. Designs and develops analyses on the employee population, including demographic profiles, turnover ratios, activity reports, and recruitment data. Partners with internal clients to address reporting needs.
Responsibilities
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and validates data discrepancies between data sources. Provides solutions to improve accuracy and usability of data.
- Consults with internal clients on the development of analytics, including needs assessments, programming, and delivery of report solutions.
- Creates report solutions.
- Develops self-service tools that enable users to interact with data sets, process data, and generate reports.
- Utilizes tools and automation to satisfy key compliance data requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Analytics, Statistics
- 2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics with proven knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional databases and report writing software. Experience working with internal client requirements and developing innovative, data-driven solutions to business challenges. Technical skills and functional experience building reports using tools, such as Cognos, SAS, Workday, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel and Access. Experience with HRIS systems or related.
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in HR Analytics and reporting
Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience with Workday Reporting, specifically as a Report Writer
- Understanding of Workday Security
