Role Description:

The Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for managing all functional and automated testing processes in support of business intelligence development efforts at Oak Street Health. This role will handle the creation of all test scripts, the documentation of all test cases and identification of bugs across data integration, dashboard development and ETL development. The lead QA analyst will oversee the QA team at Oak Street and drive QA strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execution of Test Plans across Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau, SSRS, SSIS along with API QA testing to verify functionality and find defects
• Provide testing strategy and leadership on AzureDevOps with the Director of Business Intelligence, including the implementation of automated testing framework
• Supervise growing QA team on testing practices to ensure rapid and accurate completion of assigned tasks
• Write and refine new and existing test cases
• Review and thoroughly understand functional and technical requirements for BI products
• Drive bug prioritization and work cross-functionally with Product Owner, Director of Business Intelligence and business owners
• Partner with technical team to bring releases to life and ensure they meet our standards
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to explain and verify defects
• Other duties, as assigned

What are we looking for?

We're looking for motivated data analysts with:

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business or Analytics
• 4 - 6 years of experience writing and executing test cases on database platforms
• Proficient in writing SQL queries on large data sets with complex data models
• Automated testing framework experience
• Experience implementing AzureDevOps QA pipelines is a plus
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely bug fixes
• Ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders
• Business process understanding
• US work authorization
