What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and understand the effectiveness of our media marketing - both for new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal media team and external agency partners to optimize our media strategy
  • Perform detailed analysis of large quantities of quantitative & qualitative data in order to gain insight into overall customer behavior, click-thru, conversion, service experience and subsequent lifetime engagements/value
  • Partner with FP&A team to ensure alignment between forecasting and media plans, incorporating recent results and opportunities
  • Prepare and present value added analytical reports to department and/or senior management
  • Be the thought leader on measurement methods for campaign evaluation, including last click and multi touch attribution. 

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Identify trends within data to unpack media driven opportunities to increase conversion, acquisition efficiency, and evolve the business.
  • Build, manage, and communicate concise KPI reports and/or dashboards that track marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Create and prepare ad hoc reports and campaign analysis as needed to support various functions within the org
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly pacing of our customer acquisition against our forecast and original budgeted plan for the year

Who You Are

  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skill set and have proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data as it relates to marketing or media organizations or other similar environments.
  • You routinely plan your day and organize your life
  • You love process and creating structure, but you’re also flexible and not change-adverse
  • You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • You can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that moves fast and changes rapidly

What Your Background May Look Like

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Tableau knowledge a plus
  • Intermediate to expert user of Google Analytics or similar tool
  • Experience with measurement across social, search, and programmatic channels; experience with DMPs a plus
  • Experience with MTA (Multi Touch Attribution) methodology and/or tools
  • Dependable for providing essential support to a team and excellent communication
  • Comfortable with working in a chaotic environment and work well under pressure
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities
