Peapod is the pioneer of the home grocery delivery business and we have been amazing and delighting customers for over 25 years. We are seeking an Online Promotions and Data Coordinator to join the pod! This is a great opportunity to gain experience within eCommerce through managing responsibilities for the execution of various customer promotions, creation and maintenance of consumer facing product information including images, navigational structure and search data - essentially the data that runs the Peapod website.  As a key member of the team,  this person works in partnership with Merchandising and Marketing to facilitate critical aspects of the product setup and promotional creation process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret promotion and e-coupon status reports to proactively resolve issues related to pricing, copy, and imagery
• Develop solutions for issues that impact margin and customer experience
• Build and monitor e-coupons for weekly specials and manufacturer-sponsored programs.
• Process new items for completeness of digital information which includes creating online descriptions, sizing and categorization assignment
• Manage maintenance of keyword, synonym and empty search data.  
• Continuously improve product promotions and online product data processes
• Support the creation of online content and external advertising by generating and QAing URLs
• Maintain open communication and collaboration with business owners to ensure promotions are setup accurately
