Amount is seeking an Operational Risk Associate. The right candidate for the role is experienced in analytical roles and has the demonstrated ability to build and maintain monitoring processes from the ground-up. Core responsibilities include the development and maintenance of platform testing and monitoring processes against identified business requirements to support Amount’s quality program.

What you'll work on:

• Understand and translate business requirements to support the design and implementation of ongoing platform testing and monitoring processes
• Utilize existing data sources to design monitors mapped against business requirements
• Collaborate with teams to create test plans including sampling, analysis, and issue escalation
• Identify gaps and implement ongoing process-improvements to monitoring processes
• Design and implement reporting on monitoring processes
• Act as a subject matter expert across lines of business on the monitoring program

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant analytical role, ideally in financial services or similar
• Knowledge of SQL programming
• Familiarity with additional programming languages a plus
• Ability manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Experience building and maintaining processes from the ground-up
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and related processes
• Skilled problem-solver with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
