Operations & Analytics Manager
We are looking for a problem-solver and innovator to drive continuous improvement with the goal of delivering the best possible product to customers. We need an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who is willing to roll up his or her sleeves to take ownership over projects and drive impact. The Quality Operations & Analytics Manager will wear many hats - fluctuating between in high-level strategic development and planning, hands-on process improvements on the front lines, and partnership with our Ops Tech team to design tools that best support plant teams.
Strategy & Process Design
- Conduct research and analysis and partner with Culinary, Procurement and Product teams to influence product design choices that allow for top quality product to reach customers
- Lead quality process re-design and implementation
Data Analysis & Problem-Solving
- Analyze customer data and provide key insights to fulfillment centers to help local teams prioritize process improvement initiatives
- Support fulfillment centers in conducting root-cause problem solving for complex issues
Process Improvement Implementation
- Manage a pipeline of national, cross-functional initiatives aimed at reducing errors in fulfillment centers
- Work closely with fulfillment centers to ensure new process improvements are successfully executed and drive intended results
Tool & Technology Design
- Partner with Ops Tech team to design custom apps to support fulfillment center quality teams, serving as the voice of the end-user’s needs
- Ensure successful rollout of new technology by serving as the liaison between Ops Tech & local teams during pilot and implementation
- Work with fulfillment center teams to develop, manage, and continually improve tools (e.g., dashboards, reports) used to prevent errors during operation

- A strong academic record with a Bachelor’s degree from a top college or university
- 2+ years experience at a management consulting firm or top manufacturing / CPG company
- Proven ability to deliver results in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solver mindset
- Experience or strong interest in working in a manufacturing environment
- Willing to travel up to 30% of time to production facilities in Chicago, Atlanta, and Los Angeles
