We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Consultant to analyze carrier onboarding processes/tools, track performance metrics, and enhance our analytic capabilities to help drive efficiencies into the carrier onboarding process and integrate our systems/tools as we build out our global platform. As the carrier team Operations Consultant, you will work cross functionally with the team to ensure performance measures are being met and driving operational change by leveraging strategic data-driven insights.

Key Accountabilities:

• Identify and drive efficiencies and process and product improvements:
• Analyze carrier information systems and data
• Establish new standards and implement more efficient processes
• Determine strategic capabilities needed to maximize value of carrier connectivity
• Project and program management including adherence to deadlines, weekly cadence meetings, and executive summary reports
• Enhance Reporting And Analytics
• Build out reporting and analytics capabilities focusing on data driven insights that contribute to the growth of the network
• Develop quantitative methods and data models to derive actionable insights, patterns & outcomes
• Improve Technology Performance
• Develop solutions and system integrations to improve information flows between systems

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Experience driving process enhancements
• 2+ years of working at a professional consulting company
• Experience developing actionable insights leveraging data and analytics
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Experience analyzing and managing information systems and their implementations
• Understanding of emerging information systems technologies
• Experienced PowerPoint/Slide deck creator
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate across all levels of internal and external organizations
• Preferred:
• SaaS product experience
• Fast-growth technology company experience
• Transportation/Logistics, Information Systems, or related consulting experience
• Understanding of domestic and/or international transportation/logistics
• Travel:
