Partner Operations Analyst
The focus for the Kin + Carta Partnerships organization is to grow revenue for the Connective through the relationships we build with our Partnerships. This role is a cross functional role covering the administrative aspects of Partner Management but should also be seen as supporting closely the Partner Development Manager and Sales Teams in generating revenue from selling across the “4 ways” of partnership development and reselling.
The ideal Partner Operations Analyst for Kin + Carta will be great at creating and forming relationships with all levels both externally and internally, outstanding at creating, following, and managing processes, and growth minded with a desire to develop Channel Development and growth skills. Strong verbal and written communication are a must.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with K+C Partner Development Managers and Vendor Partner Development managers to ensure our requirements and their requirements are clearly communicated and understood. This is commercially, legally, and from a development lifecycle process.
- Take ownership of all Vendor portal management operations covering deal registration, support requests, funding applications, and co-marketing application support.
- Own Vendor Certification Management - from scoping with Partner Development Managers to keeping certification records monitored and up to date
- Facilitate recurring Vendor forums to review current ecosystem, opportunities, and evaluate new partners and independent software vendors
- Investigate Vendor consumption opportunities and work with Partner Development Managers and Sales Leaders to obtain consumption attribution
- Work with K+C legal team to review and manage lifecycle of all Vendor legal agreements
- Maintain library of content for each Vendor including sales, case studies, and org charts
- Support Partner Development Managers with ceremony planning and meeting actions and next steps
- Own the vendor quotation process from start to finish working closely with PDMs, Sales Leaders, Vendors, and Distributors
- Own and understand the Vendor incentive program and work closely with KCP finance throughout the incentive lifecycle

- Project or program management experience
- Experience or exposure to sales and marketing process and programs
- Experience or exposure to procurement practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in running and maintaining operational programs
- Experience in bid management
- Experience, or exposure, in licensing management
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with G Suite products
