PERFORMANCE ANALYST ASSOCIATE

ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of Centro’s Media Operations team, the Performance Associate will be responsible for the fulfillment reporting and optimizations of a section of Centro’s digital media business. This person will possess analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, interpret media performance, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications. The analyst must be flexible, extremely organized and able to work in a high volume workplace. The Associate goes above and beyond to provide Raving Fan service for Centro’s clients and internal teams by developing strong interpersonal relationships. The Performance Associate will support the Performance Analytics team while learning the intricacies of the digital measurement landscape. The Associate will execute the fulfillment of media plans for at least 1 year before being offered a potential opportunity to work on agency/client campaigns as a Performance Analyst (exact timeline dependent on experience and performance).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work directly and constantly with Sales, Digital Media Specialist/Associate and Performance Analyst teams to define campaign key performance metrics
• Assist Ad Operations Specialist team with tracking needs and discrepancy management
• Monitor the performance of digital media campaigns against established benchmarks using internal and 3rd party reporting systems
• Provide reporting that highlights the effectiveness of digital media campaigns including display, mobile, video and RTB buys
• Analyze performance of digital media campaigns and provide strategic tactical insight and optimization recommendations to the Account Management team
• Organize post-campaign data and insight into compelling wrap up reporting and presentations
• Assist Performance Analyst team with trending and optimization analysis and providing insight for client deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
• 0-1 years advertising experience (full time or internship)
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics or Economics preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Highly motivated with a desire to grow in to a direct analytical support role
• Strong qualitative skills with ability to mine data and articulate trends and insight
• Understanding of digital media landscape preferred
• Strong independent thinking and problem solving abilities
