Hireology is looking to add a Programmatic Sourcing Analyst to our Product Team!  On this burgeoning team, Programmatic Analyst will be developing new paths to help solidify how we analyze and measure the success of digital hiring campaigns on our new product App Engine.  You will be responsible for driving revenue, analyzing client data and managing successful sourcing optimizations on behalf of customers.

As the Programmatic Sourcing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

• Launching paid hiring campaigns for the Applicant Engine product across a variety of industries and job families

• Developing and executing proven strategies devised by analyzing campaigns successes and areas of opportunity

• Working with vendors to ensure campaigns are running effectively

• Measuring budgets and spend to adjust campaigns and maximize efficiency

• Analyzing campaign performance and presenting results to appropriate team members

• Working with various internal departments to develop and grow on the long-term success of Applicant Engine

• Trying new methods of sourcing by drawing on the individual’s expertise (preferably in passive sourcing and/or digital media strategy)

• 1-3 years’ experience in either digital media or hiring media strategy required

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Digital Programmatic Advertising experience strongly preferred

• Customer facing experience a plus

• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies

• Strong data-management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with a proven track record of collaboration and driving results
