What you get to do:
- Analyze large amounts of data into relevant information the business can use to make decisions, including trend identification and analysis.
- Participate in system implementation projects including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution.
- Produce and maintain reports to show contact center performance.
- Partner with leadership to identify contact center operational efficiencies and improvements with a focus on customer centricity.
- Manage ad hoc reporting as requested by leadership.
- Automate reporting from contact center tools where possible.
- Work with vendors to ensure business technologies are operating at optimal performance.
- Partner with the business to provide relevant customer insights obtained by the contact center.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of analyst or contact center experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), SQL, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience with Periscope or data visual techniques.
- Advanced data and statistics skills.

Compensation and Benefits
