Reporting Analyst, Workforce Management
The GoHealth Workforce Management team optimizes supply and demand for the Sales Centers through forecasting, scheduling, real-time management and attendance. The Reporting Analyst is a new position and will report to the Senior Manager of Workforce Management. In this important new role, you will be responsible for gathering, manipulating, analyzing and reporting data for the team. You will have the opportunity to work across teams to support the larger goal of the company and increase sales production. An ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics and committed to transforming raw data into impactful analyses and tools that will drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
- Extract and transform raw data from various data sources into meaningful and actionable information to enable more effective strategic and operational insights
- Create, automate and optimize regularly distributed and ad hoc reports
- Develop a deep understanding call center metrics and data, with ability to determine underlying drivers of overall center performance
- Use statistical models to interpret data and develop recommendations based on your findings
- Perform ad hoc analysis on current operational trends to help diagnose issues and identify opportunities for improvements
- Maintain regular quality control of all reports and automation and drive constant improvement across all processes
- Continually think of new ways that data-based insights can help support GoHealth
Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelors’ degree required, preferably in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math or similar quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Strong familiarity with VBA or similar to enable of report automation preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects and demonstrating the ability to effectively plan and prioritize work to achieve the greatest impact as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Proven ability to take insights and turn them into actionable steps that can drive business value
- Ability to communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing to colleagues with varying degrees of analytical knowledge and understanding
- Natural curiosity around data
- Experience extracting and standardizing inconsistent data from disparate data sources
