The Position

We aim to gain a deeper understanding of our customers and how the products and services we design fit into their lives. To that end, we’re looking for a motivated research operations specialist to help drive and manage our UX research and consumer insights operations.

What you’ll be doing.

You’ll support the research intake process as needed, ensuring each project successfully kicks off. You’ll manage the research experience for remote and onsite participants, including recruitment, scheduling, reminders, and the distribution of incentives. You’ll help conduct customer interviews with the team, take notes for synthesis, and assist with survey programming as needed. You’ll support logistics for onsite meetings like co-creation, brainstorming, synthesis, and insights-sharing sessions with internal and external audiences. You’ll support relationships with key vendors like research companies, feedback platforms, and insight communities. You’ll manage your work and seek what’s next: proactively do what the teams need to improve operations, drive down cost, and enable our team to give customers the best experience.

Who we’re looking for.

• You have 1-2 years work experience in an office or administration environment or you may be a recent college graduate.
• You’re a motivated and conscientious person, with an interest in managing and improving the operations and processes for fast-growing teams.
• You’re creative, curious and open-minded. You thrive on ambiguity and trust the process.
• You’re an excellent listener and communicator, with strong people and relationship management skills.
• You have high attention to detail; comfortable independently multitasking and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced work environment.
• You have an interest in a career in UX research or consumer insights.
