We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales and Operations Analyst that will use their analytical, project management, go to market and process improvement expertise to support the company in several areas across teams.    

You Will Be: 

Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, while also working extensively with the SVP of Business Development, Sales Directors, and the Sales Team. You will provide operational and analytical support to the organization with a heavy focus on the sales team and sales management. This position will help us increase the velocity of our customer acquisition by: 

• Owning sales reporting and analysis including the sales dashboard, pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales productivity.

• Working with our salesforce administrator to ensure the sales team is being properly trained in the processes of SFDC opportunity creation, order booking, quoting and forecasting.

• Owning the RFP process from project management, process, and technical perspectives.

• Ensuring sales team is adapting to new processes and strategies set forth by leadership and sales management.

• Owning the territory management in SFDC for all account executives.

• Participating in process and system improvement if required.

• Assist in training when needed mostly around the sales process. 

• Under supervision work on the development of Company All Hands Meeting presentation, Sales All Hands Meeting presentation, and contribute to monthly financial presentation development.

• Assist with strategic analyses and projects including monitoring business KPIs to identify emerging trends, develop forward-looking projections, and provide insights on the drivers of performance.

• Other projects as assigned.

You Have:

• 2-4 years’ experience including project management, knowledge of technology, sales background.

• Able to understand match day-to-day activities to priorities set by finance and sales management.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong quantitative, reasoning and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in PC, particularly in MS Office (including Excel) and SFDC

• Excellent communication skills. Answers questions directly and with brevity.

• Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.

• Excellent presentation skills and composure.

• Able to communicate effectively internally and externally verbally and in writing. Strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint).

• Often solicits feedback and reacts calmly to constructive criticism.

• Follow-through on commitments. Lives up to verbal and written agreements.

• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive strategic and HR related information.
