The Role

We are looking for an outstanding individual to help support the growth of our Salesforce Practice. We are seeking a professional who has demonstrated high academic/professional achievement, leadership, communication skills, and has a strong interest in consulting. This role is open to remote workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and documenting solutions to meet clients business needs
• Assist with the scoping and planning of Salesforce and CRM related projects
• Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
• Create actionable user stories based on gathered business requirements
• Perform routine administration and configuration functions in Salesforce
• Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes) associated with Saleforce.com projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ Salesforce full life cycle implementation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignment
• Strong oral and written and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Must have Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and/or Salesforce Community (Experience) Cloud 

Certifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Developer I and II
• Certified Application Architect and/or Certified System Architect a plus

Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 50% (Post COVID-19)
