- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer leads.
- Qualifies and rates prospects via phone and email – with the ultimate goal of passing qualified leads (Contacts and Accounts) to the provider sales, customer service and intake teams in an efficient and effective manner
- Accurately records information and details of correspondence in our CRM system
- Leads contact with internal/external stakeholders in a polite, effective, and efficient manner, working within the Lead Conversion SOP at all times
- Work with management to improve the lead qualifying processes and updates SOP as needed
- Implements Account Numbers to streamline account setup across Tempus teams
- Answers internal and external account configuration questions submitted via [email protected] or [email protected].
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams.
- Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Gmail, including Google Docs
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred
