Integral to the successful launch of our practice management operations, we are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will help develop and launch service offerings that increase scalability of Village Medical and provide incremental support to independent provider partners. You will support a wide range of projects aimed at improving the organization’s core offerings: a portfolio of multi-faceted, highly-integrated, technology-enabled services. You will receive foundational training in healthcare that will provide a launch pad to grow your career in the industry.

Examples of key accountabilities in this role: 

• Developing expertise in a practice management service offering that caters to independent providers in our markets, while supporting launch of the service offering
• Leveraging technology developed across the organization to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness for Village Medical and independent provider partners
• Displaying a strong understanding for our complex business by collaborating with other VillageMD analysts to share subject matter expertise and learn from theirs
• Conducting organized research and opportunity assessment to support identification of ancillary practice management services and supporting development of implementation strategy

What you bring to VillageMD:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-2 years relevant healthcare experience
• Prior roles in a consulting firm or high-growth start-up environment is a serious plus
• Genuine interest in or connection to the healthcare industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
• Knowledge and understanding of basic healthcare financial and operational data
• Experience working with providers or clinical staff a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to VMD markets
