Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to build out analytics and operations capabilities in support of the global sales organization. This role offers a fast-paced environment, learning from the Industry leaders, and ability to have an impact. The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales, comfortable managing large data sets, attention to detail, ability to build financial models, and strong communication skills. You have a blend of big-picture thinking and excellent analytical skillset.
What you get to do in this role:
- Work directly with the business on strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
- Serve as primary contact for all sales analytics related queries in Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Support various business/ sales operations initiatives including annual sales planning, quota setting, compensation planning/ payout, performance reporting etc.
- Conduct analysis and deliver collateral for business review cadences including Quarterly/ Monthly Business Reviews and other leadership meetings
- Support the design, implementation, and testing of sales planning and reporting tools
- Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of the organization
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have
- 2+ years of experience working for an Enterprise SaaS company in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy or related functions
- Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields
- Prior strategy consulting experience is a strong plus
- Comfort with quantitative analysis and ability to deliver data driven recommendations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the org. and collaborate cross functionally

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
