The Role

Paro is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join our dedicated technology team. The Senior Product Analyst will collect, organize and analyze basic to complex information and provide recommendations to management to facilitate the decision-making process. This position will also develop electronic data-capture, analytical and project-tracking tools that assist management in better managing their programs. This is an exciting role where you will get exposure to multiple product verticals include E-commerce, AI/BI, and Machine Learning.

The ideal candidate will understand agile methodologies and documentation for our client-facing E-commerce platform.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and recommendations to management on the business 
• Play a strategic role in development of tools
• Capture current state and program documentation
• Develop new and streamline existing departmental processes
• Consistently devise new tools to enhance communication among functional groups
• Plans and supports broad assignments, with responsibility for recommending changes in analysis and strategies 
• Develop, run and interpret specialized and standardized reports and ad hoc reports as needed
• Interpret reports and make recommendations to maintain and create new business opportunities

How You'll Add Value:

• Bachelor’s degree or additional relevant experience in a related field 
• 3+ years’ experience in a relevant role preferably within the technology or start-up industry
• Strong knowledge of microcomputer software and hardware products.
• A background in finance, recruiting, and understanding of the marketplace is a huge plus
• Ability to take management’s direction and needs from concept to reality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Ingram Micro departments and management.
• Keen knowledge of business processes and project management. Experience in cost-cutting methods, preferred or required?.
• Ability to develop and maintain executive level relationships within assigned account /accounts.
• Computer savvy. Strong skills in Excel and Access a must, knowledge of Web-page design and Magellan a plus.
