Senior Business Analyst - Marketing
Are you interested in playing a crucial role in this Fortune 1000's company ability to drive revenue and profit?
Groupon’s mission is to become the daily habit in local commerce and fulfill our purpose of building strong communities through thriving small businesses by connecting people to a vibrant, global marketplace for local services, experiences and goods. In the process, we’re positively impacting the lives of millions of customers and merchants globally. Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success. If you want to take more ownership of your career, then you're ready to be part of Groupon.
The primary mission of our Merchant Marketing team is to acquire, retain, and (re)engage local merchants. We achieve this mission by: providing solutions and resources that assist merchants in driving growth, offering consistent communications across all touchpoints, and being the voice of the merchant internally to optimize the experience throughout the lifecycle.
As a Senior Business Analyst on our Merchant Marketing team, you will serve as the primary expert on the health of Groupon’s merchant marketing efforts across the merchant lifecycle (lead acquisition, active merchant management, merchant retention, reacquisition). You'll spend your time measuring the success of our NA multichannel campaigns and website in driving new merchant acquisition, the efficiency of our internal processes in converting these leads into campaigns, and the resulting financial performance (ROI). Additionally, you'll be responsible for building out a program to measure in-depth email campaign performance in both lead acquisition and merchant lifecycle management efforts. You will make actionable recommendations for improvement at each level of the lead/sales funnel.
We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. We're curious, fun, a little intense, and kind of obsessed with helping local businesses thrive. Does that sound like a compelling place to work?
