Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, who will be instrumental in visualizing business trends and insights across the company. The Finance team is the analytical engine of the company - we surface data-driven insights that drive strategy and optimal decision making for the leaders across the organization. We need data, reporting and analysis to do this! In this role, you will be partnering with our Workforce Management Team, developing reporting assets that will allow them to better understand the critical drivers of our business – including but not limited to contact volumes, forecasts, staffing, service levels, and agent performance.
To succeed in this role, you must be innately curious, deeply analytical, and a strong communicator, with the ability to visualize data/insights in tools like Tableau, ReDash and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize SQL and Tableau to build and maintain a connected ecosystem of dashboards and reports.
- Work with WFM Leadership to identify KPIs and business drivers for each line of business, developing tools to highlight trends and underlying causes of variance
- Effective analysis is only possible with good data - be a champion of data accessibility, accuracy and quality by partnering with our Data and Technology groups
- Serve as a subject matter expert for WFM metrics and data sources
You Should Have
- 4+ years of experience in a data/BI role
- Advanced expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Excel
- Experience with WFM and telephony systems( IEX, Verint,Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Five9) a plus
- Proven effectiveness in all stages of dashboard development (requirement gathering and refinement, wireframing, QA, deployment, adoption strategy)
- An eye for design, with the ability to tell a clear story and make the complex simple
- Strong familiarity with data warehouse environments (e.g., AWS and Presto)
- Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast paced environment
