Senior Business Process Analyst

As a Sr. Business Process Analyst in Service Delivery Operations, you will be responsible for working alongside peers and stakeholders to design and build processes and workflows that accelerate teams’ abilities to be successful. You will work heavily with our functional areas in Service Delivery to understand their business objectives to become the subject matter expert. In addition, you will help define best practices and standards for Business Process for the department
Role Responsibilities
- Lead discovery meetings to review requirements, testing, support, and enablement activities to ensure they are in line with business objectives
- Analyze current processes and workflows with the objective of improving or automating them
- Document all processes and maintenance required to ensure they are kept evergreen
- Collect and collate feedback on process performance and measure effectiveness
- Provide single point of contact for the Service Delivery department and act as a conduit to other departments
- Expert in how Service Delivery uses technology and tools to help design efficient and value driving workflows
- Proactively make recommendations for process enhancements or other actions to improve productivity
- Use business acumen, data, and resources available to identify bottlenecks and gaps and make recommendations accordingly
- Manage change effectively so affected individuals are aligned
- Help define standards and guidelines for Business Process
- Manage ad hoc projects as needed
- Define and track success criteria for your projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical skills to manage and lead others through complex business problems
- Experience leading large process improvement projects
- Skilled in problem solving and analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a business process analyst role or similar
- Demonstrated project leadership experience handling multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience leading large process improvement projects
- Salesforce experience
- Highly collaborative with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to solve business problems
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal guidance and oversight
