Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in this role, you will leverage data and analytics to generate business insights that drive substantial value to our customers, while engaging as a thought leader and a trusted partner. We are seeking candidates with experience analytics experience and passion for what you do. This position will help deliver differentiated value to clients and will support increased commercialization of data and software assets.  Additional responsibilities:  

• Evaluate and recommend options for models based on understanding of requirements, technology trends
• Collaborate with the executive sponsors and third-party vendors to find best solutions that can be delivered in time and cost sensitive manner
• Develop analytic models based on requirements and future needs to support both marketing and supply chain opportunities
• Work with client consulting teams and stakeholders to support client engagements 
• Establish lasting relationships with key client stakeholders
• Develop analytic models based on requirements and future needs to support both marketing and supply chain opportunities
• Support the assessment and synthesis of information
• Support customer delivery and launch
• Develop internal capability that leverages analytic modeling to increase service offerings

Desired Skills & Experience

• MBA or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Research, or related field
• 3+ years of consulting or other professional service experience 
• Demonstrated experience in building complex analytic models to optimize supply chains
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve the product based on research, data, and industry trends
• Expert knowledge of Llamasoft suite of tools
• Skilled in developing solutions using R, Python, Java, or similar tools
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, Graph and Relational databases
• Conversant with other relevant technologies
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Knowledge of cloud computing, web development and Blockchain technologies
• Ability to understand the unique needs of food business / function
• Ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
• Ability to identify problems and development of appropriate solutions with the right level of complexity
