GoHealth is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its Customer Engagement & Retention department. You will play an integral role in our quickly-growing Analytics Team by providing leadership with data-driven insights that drive strategic decision-making and maximize company value. Using real-time reporting, forecasting, and advanced analytics, you will be responding in real-time to the needs of the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting both the analytical and reporting needs of a key team within the department, as well as the progress of other analysts on the team. Due to the dynamic nature of the department, we seek an entrepreneurial candidate with a desire to hit the ground running and derive analytical insights from a variety of business contexts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build, and own relationships with key stakeholders; ensure your efforts and projects align with the needs of the company
  • Partner with functional leads and analysts to understand business objectives, data and reporting requirements; translate these efforts into KPIs
  • Build out data pipelines and utilize data visualization best practices to develop reliable, automated dashboards to monitor those KPIs
  • Lead key analytical projects and processes to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing products, growing audiences and maximizing revenues across Customer Engagement
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvements based on trends in the data; use these insights to inform new products and/or operational improvements
  • Review accuracy of all data, results and conclusions of team, coaching team members to reach a high standard of analytical rigor while maintaining digestibility
  • Continually think of new ways to improve and/or optimize available reports in company’s reporting repository

Skills and Experience:

  • BS/ BA degree or equivalent professional work experience required
  • 4+ years of experience guiding strategic decision-making in a business context through a combination of descriptive and diagnostic analytics
  • Proven ability to transform raw data into dashboards and visualizations within Tableau that are dynamic, intuitive, and easily interpretable for a range of user types
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and other data connection concepts
  • Expert in manipulation and accurate analysis of complex, high volume, high dimensionality data from various sources
  • Desire to join a growing company tasked with bringing change to the healthcare market
  • Passion for problem-solving and desire to get your hands dirty in data
