VSCO is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help accelerate our monetization efforts for our growing subscription business. You would be in a highly visible and strategic role that sits on our Data Science team and work closely with our Director of Engineering and Director of Product in our Chicago office. You will explore our user data to uncover levers for paid conversion and shape our monetization strategy. As VSCO continues on a high growth trajectory, the opportunity for impact in this role is immense.

The day-to-day

• Identify the drivers of key subscription metrics and report your findings to the Growth and Leadership teams
• Work with cross-functional partners including our Directors of Product and Engineering to measure the impact of different initiatives as it relates to subscription metrics
• Perform ecosystem analyses to identify areas of growth opportunity
• Create dashboards and visualizations to enable the cross-functional team to understand VSCO's paid conversion funnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a highly quantitative field, or equivalent
• 4+ years of full-time work experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist at a consumer internet company and 1+ year as a Revenue Analyst (or equivalent)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and a data manipulation language, such as R or Python
• Expert in communication, with a consistent record of partnering across various teams and disciplines
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETLs and data visualization tools
