Responsible for managing a team that performs advanced operational analytics and provides intelligence and actionable recommendations to solve business issues. Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights with the help of customers. Ensures team members produce an accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations, support implementation and post install validations.
Responsible for managing a team that performs advanced analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues to business partners. Conducts advanced analytic analyses including both qualitative and quantitative to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights. Ensures team members produce accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations.
Partners with business and process owners to identify, develop and build strategies based on rigorous data analysis. Presents findings from analyses and makes recommendations to leadership.
Partners with leadership to ensure understanding of requirements and performance levers for each analysis. Identifies value drivers and partners with business and process owners to define success measures.
Education - Masters Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Analytics
6+ years Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role leading advanced analytics at scale or related
8+ years Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role leading advanced analytics at scale or related
1+ years People leadership experience managing a team of analysts Minimum 2+ years People leadership experience managing a team of analysts Preferred
In Lieu of Education
8+ years Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role with Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field
Bonus Points If You Have
- 8+ years of experience in quantitative/analytics/data science role leading advanced analytics at scale, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in people leadership, managing a team of analysts
