What you get to do:
The Installments business, as the primary product line for OppFi, is poised to accelerate the growth with diversified products and expanded go-to-market, helping millions of everyday consumers gain credit access. We are excited to bring on-board a expert growth strategy and analytics leader who will help us build a growth engine that consists of powerful market intelligence, deep business insights, digital product and customer strategy, and agile execution. You will report to the Direct of Growth, Installment Loans.
- Strategize - develop sound business strategy that unlocks exponential, profitable growth for the installments business.
- Improve - design and build customer-centric and personalized products based on a deep understanding of the personal loans space, including market trends, consumer needs, competitive landscape, and our product portfolio.
- Analyze - build models to plan/forecast growth, monitor operational and financial performance, solve ambiguous/complex business problems, and generate crisp insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Execute - lead high priority growth initiatives E2E, including running rapid tests to identify optimal solutions to scale.
- Influence - closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams, including Credit, Finance, Marketing, and Product, and frequently interact with senior leaders and subject matter experts across the firm.
- Lead - potential to lead a team of 1-3 associates/analysts, and mentor and develop other junior team members on the broader Installment Loans team.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields (e.g., mathematics, computer science, engineering, business analytics)
- 7+ years of experience in product strategy and business intelligence/analytics in Financial Services sector and/or consulting; experience working with a high-growth, fintech would be highly beneficial
- Demonstrated ability Tod develop and execute strategy (e.g., structure problems, build/test hypotheses, apply suitable data analyses, work with teams to implement)
- Advanced SQL and Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Strong communicator, creative thinker, and problem solver
- Experience with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
- Prior people management experience

Job Level: Senior Manager
The minimum salary for this role is $124,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
