Job Description
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain & Procurement Analytics is accountable for leading a global team that drives data-driven culture. This role, though highly technical, is within the business organization. The leader in this role has the opportunity to shape the analytics organization of supply chain and procurement business functions. The organization is currently at a descriptive analytics stage that uses Tableau to visualize and analyze the historic data stored in the Enterprise Data Hub. That provides huge opportunities to bring the organization to the predictive analytics stage by upskilling the team and creating a vision as well as a roadmap to get there. Beyond the technology, the Senior Manager has the opportunity to develop and demonstrate leadership skills to create an effective and high-functioning team that is critical to our company's mission and inspire them to grow and pursue their career dreams. No leader stands alone, and this role also involves close collaboration with the business operations leaders and peers to deliver on breakthrough ideas across the analytics organization.
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
Partner with the Supply Chain and Procurement business operation leaders to determine opportunities where data can drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies and customer value.
Develop an analytics data center of excellence that brings passion and excellence to our work product.
Create and maintain strategic roadmaps that are aligned to the Organization revenue, cost, cash, and customer goals.
Strategically look for ways to improve leverage and drive value.
Attract and develop talent.
Drive initiatives to improve data analytics, move the organization to advanced analytics including AI machine learning, predictive analytics.
Bring innovative thinking into what we do and how we do it.
Manage a project portfolio.
Foster the Agile DevOps culture to improve customer satisfaction through rapid, continuous delivery.
Inspire team members to learn new skills and develop competencies aligned with the Analytics team’s vision.
Qualifications:
Strong team leader and who is comfortable working with executives and stakeholders of all levels
Business minded, keeping a “business first” approach to everything we do
Experience managing large programs and budgets
Experience managing and building empowered, high functioning teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly breakdown and translate the technical into executive-worthy communication
Experiencing in managing and scaling large technical teams
Ability to create a culture of innovation, speed and agility and bring breakthrough ideas to our business partners.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant Business, Technology, or Engineering specialty.
5+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of experience with data analytics
