SENIOR MARKET RESEARCH CONSULTANT

Consumer Insights team - Oxford or remote - UK

ABOUT THIS JOB

We won’t say we can predict the future, but our team of Market Research Consultants can get pretty close. You find the stories behind scatter plots and help clients determine which products to launch. Your insights will influence decisions for some of today’s leading global companies. 

Support Consumer Insight services, manage different quantitative research projects enhancing client relationships and satisfaction Propose methodologies and prepare questionnaires, write reports and proposals in compliance with client needs Manage the day-to-day client relationships and ensure that all projects are completed on time, and high client satisfaction is maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of several ad hoc market research projects in parallel.
  • Develop questionnaires and discuss these with the client to ensure key business questions are answered through research design.
  • Coordinate the project team and external suppliers to ensure that the milestones of the projects are achieved on time.
  • Prepare code frames and analytic plans.
  • Analyze the results of the study and build on the point, well-structured PowerPoint reports including actionable recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in social and economic sciences, psychology, marketing, market research or a similar qualification. 
  • +3 years of experience in a market research agency 
  • Strong expertise in market research methodologies and are proficient in multi-variable statistics. 
  • Strong affinity to numbers and are an analytic, thinking person that understands correlations easily. 
  • Experience within the fast-moving consumer goods and retail industry. 
  • Project management skills and possess strong problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Ability to develop relationships throughout all levels of the client organization. 
  • Love working in teams and extraordinary client service is self-evident for you.
