  • Expand campaigns from Lifecycle Marketing teams based upon segmentation and targeting insights

  • You will work with vertical product and engineering to prioritize enhancements to owned marketing assets, entry points, category landing pages etc.

  • Analysis of prior marketing events, ensuring high performing programs are resourced and low performers are improved

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategy

Competencies:

  • Business Acumen: You know how businesses work; knowledge of current policies, practices, trends, and information affecting your business and organization; you know the competition and are aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.

  • Planning: You accurately scope out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; set objectives and goals; you break down work into the process steps; develop schedules and task/people assignments; you anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks; and measure performance against goals.

Qualifications:

  • You have 4-8 years of relevant experience. Consultant and e-commerce experience preferred

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or foreign academic equivalent. MBA preferred

  • Demonstrated track record of making things happen through cross-functional teams

  • Strong organizational, planning, quantitative, and problem solving skills; strategic and creative thinking with keen business judgment, focus, and ability to see the "big picture"
