The OmniPanel business is a key growth driver within Numerator and is an exciting business that is on the forefront of machine learning, computer vision, and other new technologies that enable us to extract information from our hundreds of thousands of panelists and turn it into data that many Fortune 500 companies use to guide their business and answer questions about who is buying their products and why. The Senior Tech Analyst position will be working to lead product priorities across our receipt extraction process and our reference product master library. They will be responsible for investigating the feasibility of new product ideas on the roadmap with a combination of actions: looking into receipt data and understanding the underlying formatting across retailers and new channels, investigating issues in the processes and providing recommendations on fixes to Product and Engineering, working closely with BPO and other transcription sources to evaluate quality and implement fixes to issues, investigating new tools and processes that can lead to streamlining internal operations. Here's what you'll be doing on a day to day basis:

• Work closely with the product manager to understand roadmap priorities and conduct analyses that lead to decisions that help execute on that roadmap item
• Investigate new or existing receipt processing opportunities and develop analytical briefs that can be put into a product specification document in order to guide engineers on what to develop/build
• Understand the toolset currently in use across receipt processing and product reference master data (data sources) and recommend changes and improvements to increase throughput and efficiency for internal teams
• Interact regularly with Operations, Engineering, and Product to collect inputs and needs
• Lead complex analyses of receipt processing and make recommendations on improvements to increase accuracy and reduce costs
• Work independently and with engineers to develop templates & configurations for receipts as well as e-receipts

• Previous experience with consumer purchase panel data (Nielsen, IRI, NPD, etc) working with datastreams, QA, and fact-level data
• Strong analytical experience developing reports and summaries for internal leaders and stakeholders
• Strong Excel experience
• Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience to enable data collection and investigation in internal systems
