What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and ability to apply key accounting and finance principles

Ability to work independently and as a team member

Proficient in MS Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail-oriented

2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience

We'd Love to See:

Experience with Hyperion/Essbase, Tableau, PeopleSoft, or other Enterprise Resource

Experience with integrating acquisitions

Experience with translating financials from foreign GAAP to US GAAP

Experience with transfer pricing and cost-center accounting

Understanding of foreign currency translation and re-measurement

Understanding of ASC-805

Familiarity with purchase agreements

Impact You'll Make

You will assist in integrating acquisitions and will be the lead in the account mapping, post-acquisition valuation, and on-going reporting

You will be the key contact for the accounting teams of recently acquired entities and work directly with the key personnel to record monthly results until integration is complete

You will record month-end allocations, accruals, and ad-hocs for all verticals within the US Markets segment

You will be a key contributor to the US Markets segment ensuring various accounting activities are completed accurately and timely

You will assist in managing the adoption of newly issued accounting standards across the verticals of the US Markets segment

You will successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary

You will review monthly updates to the US Markets’ organizational structure—including orgs, products, and key customers—and load them into PeopleSoft

You will assist in the review of the verticals restatements and plan transfers for consolidated US Markets’ segment reporting
