We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Process Analyst - Reconciliations

The successful candidate is responsible for serving across a variety of projects on single large scale, multiple projects or a work stream of projects. Related to system changes, global market changes, system migrations, and other projects primarily in the Reconciliations domain but can serve across other Security Services Capabilities.

Additionally, the individual can play a key role during the onset of a project, technical or operational change by helping define scope and creating requirements or documenting current and future state operating model - working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs.

Major Duties

• Carries out complex activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact• Gathers requirements, process modelling and data analysis to understand current and future state process and operating impact analysis • Works with the design teams to ensure that the requirements are understood and that the delivered design fulfills all of the requirements adequately • Supports the technology teams through the build and unit test activities to ensure that all requirements are understood • Works with business teams to elicit input and support the planning and execution of user acceptance testing • Supports the test team through pre-acceptance testing, system testing and system integration testing • Assists with operation readiness, data migration, user testing and roll-out as necessary• Translates the business requirements into TLM configurations keeping standardization in mind

Provide leadership in identifying and understanding business need; defines the need and develop solution scope that can be implemented. • Works with IT (and other teams) during the design, development, and testing phase as well as operations and business teams to support operational readiness and process focused changes.• May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

Experience

• A College or University degree and/or prior experience in Business Analysis and or Project Management type role• BA, PM and Agile certifications a plus, but not required• Experience of data analysis including data mapping• High level business understanding of securities markets, Reconciliations and related systems preferred• Prior experience having worked in a Global Custody and/or Securities Servicing environment

Experience of working in a large multiyear global transformation project• Prior knowledge of TLM Recs and or TLM Recs Premium system can be helpful but not necessary
