Job Description:
We are looking for a team mate to work on the Global Data Collection Tool (GDCT) product team within Global Technology Data & Analytics. Our candidate needs to be a leader within the requirements team and be able to make decisions and understand priorities. The stakeholder communication and that open channel of exchanges for taking business requirements and pulling them into technology requirements will also be a key success factor for our Senior BTA. It is preferred that our candidate has a background in web-based data collection and analytics space, but it is equally important that they have a strong Oracle SQL knowledge and are comfortable being technical.
Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert for application with the ability to provide direction on business requirements, change requests, and technical designs for current functionality and future enhancements
• Understanding of technical design principles and how they are applied (e.g. UI design, interface design, best practices, etc.)
• Being proactive and approach things with a sense of urgency while being able to prioritize
• Deliver well written user stories, acceptance criteria and work to refine requirements for feature development based on the roadmaps.
• Help develop test plan and execute as needed during Sprints
• Works with Product Owner in managing deliverables while adhering to best practices
• Assist in maintaining an organized product backlog
• Organize, facilitate, and recap meetings/workshops with good attention to detail
• Able to visualize and interpret business to technology concepts
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with willingness to learn & adapt
• Established ability to build relationships with Global Technology internal and external stakeholder partners
• Ability to train and share key knowledge to bring new employees/consultants up to speed on technology and processes
• Provide frequent feedback to the team to increase productivity, improve performance, and develop skill sets

Qualifications:
Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years in Business Analyst/Business Technical Analyst experience
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse work group
• Technical abilities to be able to analyze data and dig into the details.
• 1+ year of experience in being Agile - JIRA and Confluence tools
• Mobile / web application development experience
• Proven ability to effectively self-direct, manage, and prioritize multiple projects/issues with a high degree of complexity in a fast paced and changing environment
• Proficient with Oracle SQL, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Visio
• Able to manage their time effectively in a changing environment
• Work with management to adapt to obstacles and complete sprint releases
• Ability to solicit and communicate business expectations and build strong client and stakeholder Relationships
• Demonstrates ability to communicate complex concepts to our Business Partners and Leadership
• Participates in sprint reviews and leading demos of new functionality to stakeholders
• Current on writing business requirements to include user stories and use cases
