Job Summary

This role will be responsible for executing and maintaining a sustainable and scalable Automaton solutions including, but not limited to the identification and prioritization of use cases, development and deployment as well as maintenance and monitoring. This includes collaborating with process owners to gather and analyze as-is and to-be automated processes, translating requirements into process improvement and process re-engineering, overseeing development and testing and working with Information technology and services and other appropriate stakeholders to successfully implement and demonstrably improve the process.

The Sr. Consultant will collaborate across multiple business units and projects.

Job Duties

  • This role will require future thinking on how to apply new digital capabilities to drive business value, growth and productivity from Client and Employee Experience as well as broader emerging technology innovations.
  • This role will lead the Automations and Emerging technologies in research, development, incubation and driving adoption of next generation of digital transformation with capabilities such as RPA and AI/ML
  • Gain exposure to cross-functional teams to facilitate shared vision on solutions to meet business needs
  • The role is responsible for directing, leading and managing the tactical solutions related to the implementation and support including the day to day oversight of the team. This role is accountable for delivering these solutions to meet or exceed internal/external business partners' business requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of solutions that: leverage and extend existing Business Intelligence and analytics infrastructure; take metric governance and enterprise solutions into consideration; are scalable, repeatable and effective; follow agreed upon governance and technology policies
  • Assist with SQL queries to troubleshoot
  • Assist with applying and developing statistical models/methods that address business issues
  • Develop metrics and create ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Assist internal customers with acceptance and adoption of implemented solutions
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic analysis and findings for department leadership and key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain requirements, specifications, and business processes documentation
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve accuracy, viability and value
  • Rapidly and effectively adapt to a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment
  • Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function
  • As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
  • Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
  • Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
  • Conducts preliminary analysis
  • Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
  • Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas

Education Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience required

Experience Required

  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Database systems competence is expected
  • Familiarity with data analysis and/or reporting
  • Strong mathematical skills required
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data for analytical projects and translate that data into sound insights
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with any RPA Tools is required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong team / relationship building skills
  • Technical skills and practical experience using data analytics tools (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Python and Power BI, Tableau , Qlik sense) is required.
