The Role 

Fusion's Sr Data Analytics Consultant plays a key role within our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate should embody someone who can "find and narrate the story" using data from the Fusion framework, along with potentially other data sources, and establish mechanisms to surface knowledge that leads to meaningful business reporting and dashboards for Fusion's clients. This role works directly with our Professional Services team in a client-facing role to ensure quality deployments of our analytics solution built in the Fusion Framework®, built on the Force.com cloud platform. 

Responsibilities 

  • The candidate should have a demonstrated background in business intelligence and analysis as well as general Salesforce experience with a specialization in developing, designing, and maintaining advanced reporting, dashboards and Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM
  • Must be an excellent communicator and have previous experience consulting with clients, both internal and external 
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions for clients through deep domain expertise and strong consultative skills 
  • Collaborates effectively with business partners to deliver customized reporting solutions and insights in Salesforce 
  • Effectively translate business outcomes into measurable reporting metrics/insights 
  • Design, develop, and maintain the entire Einstein Analytics Module (Tableau CRM), implementing complex data recipes for use in Executive reporting 
  • Embody the core values of ownership, integrity, customer-centricity and care with everything you do in the role 
  • Ensure what is built works as expected including: developing system test cases and assisting with User Acceptance Testing 

 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 3+ Years working with Functional Business Processes within Salesforce 
  • 3+ Years working with data analytics/reporting tool and dashboard building
  • Previous experience working with Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM is desired but not required 
  • 3+ years working in customer, product, or operations data analytics fields 
  • 3+ years of Salesforce or general sales or service cloud configuration - dashboards, reporting, data loader, SOQL query building, Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM 
  • Hands-on Lightning Administration experience 
  • Building Data Recipes and Data Models 
  • Experience translating data requirements into meaningful solutioning that results in meaningful metrics and analytics 
  • Data warehousing/report writing for Executive level stakeholders in a quick turnaround fashion 
  • Must have previous experience with working with multiple database sources and be able to collate data to build out analytics reporting and for cross-referencing analysis 
  • Strong business acumen - able to work with business partners to identify and articulate key business requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or other applicable field 
  • Must be self-directed. Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills even under pressure 
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
