This position leads the global data services team with responsibility over data strategy, new data asset evaluations, ID Network data leadership, and SHAPE leadership.
What You'll Bring
Experience and expertise with a variety of data assets5+ years of experience with credit data and credit data architecture
Understanding of offline PII / header data
Understanding of property, insurance coverage and claims, criminal, mobile phone and device data, etc.
Experience and expertise with a variety of data services such as matching, scoring, address standardization, parsing, etc.
Experience and understanding of data onboarding and data acquisition
Experience and understanding of core TU businesses such as banking, insurance, rental, government, collections, fraud, etc.
Solid foundation in technical skills with working understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, security, software development languages, internet/web, etc.
Solid experience with open systems and Hadoop technologies
3+ years experience with data architecture or data warehouse
5+ years experience leading and managing a team
Excellent communication skills particularly at a executive level
Impact You'll Make
Data Services LeadershipDevelop and manage a process for evaluating current and potential data assets
Manage the queue of data analyses required
Lead the team of data analysts
Package data analyses results in a manner the business can understand it’s impact
Present analysis results to business and product stakeholders in a manner appropriate for the audience
For new data assets acquired, manage the onboarding process. Work with Data Acquisition Services (DAS) to ensure effective production operations
For new data assets, ensure ownership and expertise is developed to support the business use of the data
Manage the rollout of the data services processes to all regions
SHAPE LeadershipDevelop and manage the SHAPE platform strategy covering enterprise data asset requirements, data architecture strategy, data services toolsets, usability architecture, operations and underlying SHAPE technology toolset alignment with the business
Interact with SHAPE stakeholders/user groups to understand their requirements, use cases, tool experiences, operational experiences, etc. and align them with the SHAPE platform strategy
Keep SHAPE stakeholders and TU management informed of SHAPE status
Manage the SHAPE capability and data pipeline for implementation in SHAPE
Track and report on business value generated from SHAPE platform
Manage SHAPE Product Manager and Product Owners
Work with International SHAPE team to ensure alignment with domestic SHAPE
ID Network Data LeadershipDevelop the data strategy for ID Network
Evaluate and understand all enterprise data assets relative to identity
Develop and maintain an identity data baseline to support evaluation of data assets
Build and manage a team of data analysts support ID Network
Support the development of data requirements for ID Network to drive solution coverage, accuracy, metadata management, compliance alignment, etc.
Manage metadata for identity data asset to ensure thorough systemic understanding of data such as sources, currency, accuracy, coverage, fill, compliance, security, etc.
