Department Overview
The North America Systems Integration (SI) Standards and Governance Team is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the SI Sales-to-Service Framework (S2S). S2S is the SI organization’s approach to designing and delivering an integrated customer solution. The Standards and Governance analyst will be responsible for supporting SI best practices, creating new projects in the organization’s project management system (Planview), and assisting with Google Workspace access controls and field support.

Responsibilities

Planview Project Setup: Create Planview projects for newly logged opportunities. For newly logged opportunities, this process requires a person to pay special attention to the different aspects of the newly logged opportunity as all of the PreSale information needs to be reviewed for accuracy. The analyst will identify any errors and work with the field teams to correct them before proceeding with project setup. This may include multiple SI Configurators that will need to be verified against the P&L and contract to verify the accuracy of data prior to input.

Planview Project Closeouts: Work with the field teams to review the project for closure and verify all required work items are complete and data is accurate.

Salesforce Opportunity Reference Number: Create PreSale Opportunity Reference Numbers for new SI opportunities that are created in Salesforce. 

Salesforce/Google Drive Folders: Guide and direct field resources you may need help navigating and effectively using Google Drive and Google Workspace features. This may involve troubleshooting issues, deleting folders, and correcting folder structures that may be incorrect. The analyst will also work as the liaison with the IT department on more advanced issues.

Standards and Processes - Assist in creating new or modifying existing processes as directed. These processes will primarily involve the S2S Framework and Planview but may include other platforms as well.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with business process optimization

  • Proficient in Google Suite/Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) 

  • Must be a self motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives and able to handle tight deadlines

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills


Basic Requirements

  • 1+ years of project/program management, or business administration, or finance, or similar experience

  • Or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project/Program Management, or equivalent degree program

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
